Scan a card, record a voice note, or snap a QR. Then ask your network anything, like "who did I meet in Singapore last month?" Real answers in seconds.
Your network is only valuable if you can remember the right person at the right time. Ask in plain language, and get a real answer, grounded in the voice note you recorded months ago.
In the AI era, the people who get hired remember who they met. Recallverse makes sure that's you.
"I know I met someone at that conference who works in product… or was it marketing? At a startup… somewhere in Austin? Or Denver?"
"Who did I meet at SXSW who works in product at a startup?"
Warm intro. Inside referral. Job offer.
However you meet someone, after a coffee, on a conference floor, or staring at a stack of paper cards, RecallVerse captures them.
Every new contact also auto-syncs to your phone's contact book, so your network is yours forever, even if you delete the app tomorrow.
Three superpowers that turn a pile of contacts into a working network.
Can't remember the name? Doesn't matter. Search how you'd describe them to a friend, "who is the person I met that loves skiing", and RecallVerse reads the meaning, not the keywords. It pulls the match straight from the voice note you recorded, with the full memory attached.
Ask in plain language, "who can help me get an internal referral at Acme?", and get real people ranked by relevance, with the why pulled straight from the voice note you recorded 14 months ago.
A RecallVerse contact isn't a dead record, it's a live hub. Call, message, email, or open LinkedIn with one tap. No copy-paste. No app-switching gymnastics.
RecallVerse doesn't trap your contacts in another silo. It launches you straight into the apps you already live in, one tap, no copy-paste, no app-switching gymnastics.
Your full Pro experience for two weeks. Downgrade to Free or continue on Pro anytime, your memory stays yours either way.
Handing over your contacts and leaving voice notes about people you've met is a big deal. We know that. Here's exactly what happens.
Your contacts are stored on Google Cloud infrastructure, the same stack that powers Gmail and Google Drive. Data is encrypted at rest using AES-128 (Fernet/CBC mode with HMAC-SHA256 authentication) and encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS, so it's protected both when stored on our servers and when moving between your phone and our systems. Your data lives in an isolated partition tied only to your account.
No one. When you record a voice note, the audio is transmitted over an HTTPS/TLS encrypted connection to a transcription API, converted to text, and then permanently deleted from our systems. We do not store your voice recording at any point, not temporarily, not in any backup. What's kept is the text transcript only, encrypted at rest using AES-128, stored in your isolated account. Only you can access it.
No. The AI processes your notes to extract and search your contacts, and that's a one-way transaction. Your data is never fed back into any training pipeline. Not ours, not our AI provider's. What you tell RecallVerse stays in RecallVerse, working only for you.
Two things happen automatically: every contact you saved syncs to your phone's native contacts book, so your network is yours forever regardless. And if you delete your account, everything on our servers is permanently wiped: contacts, notes, transcripts, all of it. All encrypted data is deleted from Google Cloud storage and our vector database. You can also export a full CSV first if you want a local backup.
Yes. Every user's data is stored in a completely isolated partition on Google Cloud, there is no shared directory, no cross-user search, nothing. All contact data is encrypted at rest using AES-128 with HMAC-SHA256 authentication and transmitted exclusively over HTTPS/TLS. Your client list is as private as a note on your own phone. We're built specifically for professionals in high-trust industries: management consulting, private equity, investment banking. Confidentiality isn't a feature, it's the foundation.
